    1. ”AGRIBUSINESS ASSOCIATION MODEL IN V4 COUNTRIES: A NEW PERSPECTIVE FOR MOLDOVA COMPETITIVENESS” – 2015 – 2016.

      The project aims to face new geopolitical and economic challenges Moldova is affected by. The recent country trends on the EU agenda and the Russian embargo on Moldova agriculture products impose new standards that must be implemented into the agriculture sector.
      Nevertheless, the agriculture products and processes in Moldova are very decentralized in terms of cooperation.The project aims to associate and educate agriculture producers in matter of association and value chain creation.

      The main benefits of the project was the consolidation and education of agriculture producers in the filed of associations and integration on the value chains. Second, the project created premises for unformal dialogue between agriculture producers and will build trust between them.

    2. “INTRODUCING EU STANDARDS IN MOLDOVA: TOWARDS A NEW MODEL OF COOPERATION AND PLANNING” – 2014

      The project aimed to contribute to regional development through increasing steering capacity of public administration and competencies of the institutions responsible for development in Moldova.

      The project consisted in strengthening the self-governance and local democracy, good management practices in the local administration with respect to V4 countries experience.

      The man phases of the project consisted in:

      • Train the local public authorities on the issue of planning/implementation and inter-municipal cooperation
      • Organize study visits for selected public authorities from Moldova in Visegrad regions in order to share good knowledge on planning and system functionality
      • Organize an international conference on Regional Development and Inter-municipal cooperation
      • Elaborate integrated development plans for few selected municipalities.
